• Travel Arrangements (Round trip ticket booking +  Proof of accommodation)
  
• Proof of financial means
  • For employees:
    • Employment Letter
    • Last Three Payment Slips
    • Registration with CNSS (If available)
  • For company owners:
    • Company statutes (copy)
    • Business registration (copy)
    • Company bank statements for the last three months or tax statements for the
      company
  • For self-employed persons:
    • Syndicate card or letter
    • Tax statements
    • Proof of current business activities
  • For retired persons:
    • Proof of pension
  • For students of higher education
    • Proof for university or institution enrolment and confirmation of attendance of
      classes
    • Proof of scholarship (if applicable)
    • Proof of source of livelihood during the study and stay period
• Extract of family register (ekhraj kaid aily)
• Travel Medical Insurance
• Minors (less than 18 years old):
  
  • For minors travelling with their parents: a school certificate only
  • For minors travelling alone or with one parent only or with the legal custodian:
    • Birth certificate of the minor and copy of the passports of the parent(s) or legal custodian
    • Notarized consent of the non-traveling parent(s) or proof of sole custody of the traveling parent or legal custodian (unless both parents are present at the time of application)
    • School registration certificate
• Non-Lebanese nationals residing in Lebanon"
  • Residence permit valid at least three (3) months after anticipated date of return to Lebanon
  • Work permit valid for at least three (3) months after anticipated date of return, if applicable.

• Service fees and visa fees are non refundable in any case.
• Visa approval or refusal are subject to embassy decision
• Applicant should be present personally for the appointment at the visa center
• All papers should be submitted in English
• In the event of a visa rejection, our company will not accept any responsibility for consequential losses, such as airfares and hotel bookings.

NOTE

The listed price covers our service charge only, including tentative flight and hotel bookings, application preparation, and embassy appointment scheduling. Visa fees (90 Euros) are not included and must be paid directly to the embassy or visa center during the application process.
